I have used Musick Pest Control Services for 10 years and I continue to be very happy with their services. They are prompt, professional, and kind.

I purchased a home last year and the seller included a termite inspection. Musick Pest Control decided to fraudulently change the seller’s name to mine and sign me up for an annual termite policy without authorization or permission. They showed up while I wasn’t home, walked in a circle around the house, claimed there was no sign of termites and left me a $200 bill. I have left them several voicemails which they refuse to pick up or call back. If you have been involved with a similar scam by Musick Pest Control they have ZERO legal right to charge you or attempt to collect payment. Musick, send me a cancelled policy and a $0 balance owed in the mail ASAP or face legal consequences that YOU will pay for. Do not let us catch you doing this to anyone else in the area or we will go public with this information and cost you tens of thousands in lost client business.

Excellent quick service, easy to deal with, will contract again for their services

This company had a very fair price. They came and sprayed all around our home for wasps, we had many nests. At the office over the phone everyone was very nice and professional. The man who came and sprayed was very knowledgeable gave us great information about wasps and how the spray works. I will be using their services again.

We have them come out every 4 months mainly for ticks they do a great job.

Efficient and not over priced

Used this company for the required mortgage closing termite inspection. Personable techs which completed the inspection as required. A year later I get an estimate, via letter, for a new termite inspection prior to the closing anniversary date . Letter quotes price and asks me to contact them to schedule an appointment. A week later a tech shows up at my door to do the unsolicited inspection, told him not ready to commit at this time. Three days later I receive a bill for the NOT done inspection. Pretty shady business practice. Will NOT be doing any further business with this company.

Our service tech, TJ was professional, personable and performed all tasks with a smile. So happy we chose Musick Pest for all our needs. Highly recommend.
