The person in this truck has terrible road rage. Was on their phone doing 50 in a 55 in the fast lane. Then floors it when I try to go around in the slow lane. Very aggressive and do not represent the company well. Will not be doing any business with them.
They came out and sprayed, came back two weeks later and sprayed again. After about two more weeks the roaches were gone. The previous owner had a quarterly contract with a nationwide company. Oak Bower took care of what the other company couldn't. They responded to my phone call quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend them.
Sadly OAK BOWER PEST CONTROL has not provided the guaranteed services as promised. It has been thirty (30) days and the pests are still present. There written guarantee states they will continue to provide services for 12 months. One can only hope they will continue to provide effective pest services as guaranteed. Let's hope they will do the right thing.
