I contacted them to schedule an inspection! Appointment was scheduled. Tech perry text me to reschedule twice the first two appointments. Called that Friday and told me he couldn’t come due to his manager calling him to help another technician. Told me he would come that Monday. I didn’t hear from him none Monday so I reached out to him. He said he had a flat tire. I understand that but why not reach out to me? Just unprofessional and such an inconvenience to me. They're great until you have a problem! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! You're put on hold and transferred around and around. Then told to contact the branch manager in your area, who WILL talk to you the first time and then doesn't do what he says, and then you're in the vicious circle again. IF Terminix helps me finally, I'll rewrite this review... until then, I'd say STAY AWAY FROM TERMINIX!!! We had the mosquito spray that worked great until they changed service guys with us. The customer service is abysmal. Per my contract, the crawl space is supposed to be maintained which includes excavating any excess dirt to meet height requirements. A crew excavated for a week and has not been back in a month. Management is unable to be contacted and refuse to return any phone calls. The technicians have been more than accommodating, however.
