We are so happy that we chose McCauley services for pest control! We had a family emergency on the day of our initial service and could not be home. The technician gave me advanced notice when coming and arrived on time knowing I would be away regardless! Not only were my expectations exceeded but he actually brought both of my trash cans back from the street and properly secured them since he knew I was away! They came out several times with a trap that was too small to hold the raccoon living in our attic, though we told them it was too small. They never caught the animal, who turned out to be a pregnant female. Now there are several in our attic. The city will only pick up one a year and their trap was also too small. We are out $400 of money that was for emergencies and we are an older couple on a very low income. Now we are broke. They wanted more money before they would come back. We own
