They never showed up.

We never received a closing request from your realtor or closing company. We do wait until about a week before closing to do the report in case it falls though.<br>

Called on a Monday to make an appointment for a termite quote. I was told they were behind and I would be called in a couple days. 2 weeks later they still hadn't called back. I called again and was told someone would call. They didn't. I called Hopper in Heber Springs and the next day they scheduled me with an appointment (even though they were also behind).
