George's Termite and Pest Contol comes out to your house every 3 months. When they come out to your house they do thoroughly job.

They're ok. They need to upgrade their customer service and scheduling skill. They seem expensive as well.

Our termite contract is with George Pest Control. When cleaning out a storeroom to replace a deep freeze, we discovered the floor was sagging. Upon tearing out the floor, we could see that the floor joists were greatly compromised.There were no active termites but the joists and seal were in poor condition. We contacted Dusty George. He responded quickly, totally stood behind our contract, and sent a carpenter to do the repairs. The employee was polite, efficient and took care of the clean up. We appreciate that George Pest Control took care of the problem with absolutely no argument.

They showed up when they said they would. They checked out all the nooks and crannies doing their termite inspection. Seemed pretty thorough.

Guys do a great job

They came out right away to look at my house. Gave me a fair estimate but told me it would be almost two weeks before they could do the treatment. So we agreed on the price, date and time the treatment was to be done. I called the day before (they were to come) to ask if they could come earlier. I was told they had to go by their schedule and my appointment couldn’t be moved up. Also, they would be there the next morning. WELL, guess what, they didn’t show up or call to tell me they weren’t coming. I waited all day on them. NO SHOW NO CALL!!! I took it that someone else was more important and they gave them my time slot, that I waited almost two weeks for!! I would give them a minus five stars but the least I can go is one.

The woman on the phone is a little snooty. And they forget to inform you that they are coming

Great service

I used them to spray for wasps last month and the guy that came out told me what I paid for came with one more spray and to call when I needed them to come back out so I did that and the lady on the phone said I don’t know why he told you that and he doesn’t even work here any more so sorry about your luck! so I won’t ever use them again. Maybe educate your employees to not give customers false information!!

They will come out even if you tell them not to so they can charge you for it
