Benton County Termite Control

Was just informed that the Benton County termite company that I’ve done business with for many years has now been sold out to some other company that from my understanding probably isn’t even local trying to charge me number one for a $75 fee to come out and do their termite inspection and a renewal notice all of which are over a year late with no information from this company that they taking over our policy I’m looking elsewhere and based on the feedback I’m saying it’s probably a good idea

Cheap, dishonest & lazy. I'd chose a company that puts the customer first. All of the good employees have left, the remaining ones don't care about customer service, honesty or doing a good job.

Unprofessional, late & not taking proper precautions for current pandemic.

I had an appointment and the termite inspector didn’t show up. When I called Benton County Termite, they said they had called my husband, which knew nothing about the appointment, so they rescheduled. Why wouldn’t they call the person who set up the appointment and paid for the appointment and who took off work early to be at the appointment! Very frustrated and shopping for a termite company who knows how to communicate!!

Ok so we paid 93.00 for them to come out and spray for spiders and ants being that it's summer. ( Not a infestation by any means) Just normal summer visiters! The man that came out to spray was very nice and helpful however the so called spray job that happened did NOTHING to reduce or stop the issue. I was told by the man that if there wasn't any change to call them back and they would come back out and spray for free. So i called to get that set up and the lady on the phone was NO help at all. Honestly she must be a part of the family or something because if not I don't know how she keeps her job! She informed me I have to set up a quarterly spray session in order for them to help the issue I already paid 93.00 for!!! So no free recall and no help at all! Terrible company save your money and time and call people who actually care and do their job, not lie and make excuses.!!!
