This place is a joke. They took over a thousand dollars from us and didn’t do the treatment, and now they refuse to communicate. We called them when we found termites while remodeling our bathroom. We put our project on hold for 4 days for them to come out and look around, they then took an almost $1,200 payment and said they’d try to have someone out within 48 hours. 3 days went by and we didn’t hear a peep, so my husband called and asked about it and he was told they no one put us on the sched

We have had Terminix for about 4 years. Everytime there has been an issue with some part of their work. But I have been having the worst customer service issues since Jan 2025. I have called to have our yearly inspection done since Jan. I have spoke with them at least 6-7 times and no one has showed up. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and was told that they don't have a manager to speak with . Then call back and they put me on hold for approx 20 min waiting on a manager and n

worst customer service than any business i ever had dealings with. each time calling call center its like the first time i ever called. no records of calls. church has termite damage. terminix been treating or so called teating for 20 years. been calling trying ro get damage assessed and resolved for 3 months. still no call backs or evidence of them even caring or resolving issue. call center said claim has been filed but branch manager says he know nothing about it.
