I am the type to want to do my research first and their salesman said he doesn't carry cards, gave me every line in the book and basically told me if I don't sign up right now, I'm losing out on hundreds of dollars and will never get the same deal again. Well, with those kind of tactics, you'll never have me as a customer. I simply don't trust any company that won'

We have used other pest control companies in the past, and they simply were not as effective. We switched to On Site a year ago and have been extremely happy with the results! We have not found a scorpion in our house, we see some dead cockroaches outside occasionally (which is a good thing) and spiders and other pests are nonexistent. Jade is always the one who comes to our home, he is kind and professional. Definitely would recommend!
I had a huge mouse issue when moving into my house, on sight pest control has helped so much. Jade listened to every single concern I had and was very thorough, I haven’t seen a single sign of mice since he came by.
Excellent customer service! We’ve been with Jade and Crystal for 11 years and I can’t say enough good things about the high quality service they have provided. I would recommend them to anyone.
