Pest control service was great but the technician left our back gate wide open and my dog escaped. I’m 6 months pregnant and had to go looking for my dog in the heat. He was aware we had dogs so I’m super disappointed that this turned into a stressful situation after.

No one was home at the time of service and we did not have access to the interior of your home so only exterior pest control was able to be completed at that time. We are happy that we were able to return right away and complete the interior service for you and have notes regarding remote access while away so this will never happen again in the future. I was debating between 2 and 3 stars since a piece of my equipment went missing but I settled on the latter. My tech used my hose to fill up his water tank before servicing my property and when he was finished the shutoff valve that was on the end of my hose was gone. I have a feeling he didnt realize it was there and when he unscrewed the hose from his truck he left the valve on the tank. He called and said he did not remove it but was not near his trick to confirm. He claimed he was going to check and get back to me but so far he has not. I am not inclined to use Patricks again after items of mine go missing. Thanks.

Ian, I am so sorry your equipment is missing. The technician used a completely different hose than the one that is missing the attachment. He did not come in contact with the item that is missing. We did look through his truck yesterday just to be sure and it is not in our possession. I apologize that he has not reached out to you yet regarding this. Please know our company standards include integrity not just as a company but as individuals, there is no one on our team that would intentionally take any item from a customer. Very good work. Could improve on communication. Was told ETA between 7 and 8am. No word until noon. Work was completed timely and well done, but debris put in a neat pile, and left with no word as to when it would be picked up. When it was still there the next morning, I left message, no response until a couple hours later, when return call received, debris had been removed by MY Landscapers. Just suggestions for improvement. Will still refer the company.

I called Patrick's Home solutions on Tuesday March 5th at 2:12pm. There was no answer so I hung up. At 2:29pm the same day, someone named Jamie called me back and said she was returning a missed call. I explained what was going on and how I needed someone to come out as soon as they had availability. She was nice and explained everything to me. I was going to have several things done and do a scheduled spray each month as well. We set up my first appointment for the coming Friday March 8th with someone coming between 12:30-2:30pm. Shortly after I hung up with her, my vet called and said the only day they could get my cat in to deal with the fleas and tapeworm was that Friday at 3pm. Otherwise I would have to wait until late April. I called Jamie back same day March 5th at 3:30pm and no answer. I left a voice message explaining the situation and that I needed someone to come earlier Friday and if they couldn't I would absolutely need to reschedule and asked them to call me back ASAP. 2 days go by and there is still no return call. It's now March 7th and I call at 3:27pm but there is again no answer. I leave a voice message stating I have been waiting for a return phone call and I need to resolve this or reschedule since my appointment is the next day. I had seen in their website that they charge a fee for same day cancelations so I decided to also text them as well. I sent a text at 3:34pm. At this point I'm frustrated. I need a company that is going to be as responsive as Jamie was calling me back the first day but not only are they not answering the phone, they aren't returning my calls and now text. So I text them again and said to cancel my appointments and I will just go with another company. No response. The next day Friday at 8:37am Jamie is finally calling me back. I wasn't able to answer right then. She then sends a text apologizing for missing my calls. No apology for not getting back with me at all. No explanation why, but she says she has cancelled all my appointments and if I need to reschedule to call them. The same day at 6:28pm, I get a text from someone named Heidi confirming my appointment for the next Tuesday. Seriously? Apparently Jamie did not cancel all my appointments or there is a big communication gap with the people in this company. I told her to cancel all my appointments. I need a company that is going to answer their phones, that is reliable, that has good communication with me and within their company. I'm a new customer and this is how I'm treated? I can only imagine how it would be further on. If they are doing this with a new customer, I imagine I'm not the only one who has had these issues with them or will have these issues with them. I'm loyal to the companies I have services with, but not when from the start they are unreliable like this. I would not recommend this company.

We strive to not only respond to voicemails but also reach out to every missed call to ensure we are taking care of our customers, potential customers, valued suppliers and technicians. I apologize we were unable to return your voicemails 20 minutes before our office closed and the inconvenience this may have caused. Our operating business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. We were happy to schedule your first appointment and our technicians had a structured treatment plan for your home specifically. Once the request was made to cancel all future appointments they were cancelled without hesitation. We do not operate on contracts or commitments, just customer satisfaction. I scheduled to have both weed control and yard maintenance work done. The maintenance work I scheduled for December 12th and waited around in the morning wondering when they were going to show up. It was about 10:30-11:00am when I called and asked what time they generally come, because all I had been told was they would come in the morning. It turns out they had taken me off the schedule for the day because they are no longer doing yard maintenance, but they didn't call me or communicate this with me at all. I was really disappointed and frustrated by this because I scheduled this day on 11/28, so 2 weeks had gone by where I could have had any other business do the work. But I specifically chose Patrick's because of the good reviews and excellent communication I had with Michelle via email about the products they use and whether they are pet safe. The work for the weed control was completed on December 3rd and they sprayed the whole front & back yard.. it's been almost 2 weeks now and we still have several weeds that have not died, and a few new ones sprouting, so I'm not sure what's going on with that. We are now having to deal with our HOA because we planned to have this work done on the 12th and I had to find another company to do this, so another week goes by.

I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and the frustration it caused you. In regards to the weeds, we will schedule you for a retreat. We have a 6-month weed-free guarantee and stand behind it. We will be out on Monday December 19 to treat the weeds. Again, I am so sorry for this happening. It is always our goal to treat our clients with the highest priority.
