This is best rodent control company I have ever worked with. Not only did they quickly get rid of the critters but they effectively blocked them from getting back into buildings and structures. Nathan is a true expert on rodent behaviour...he's solved both skunk and packrat problems for me, he's professional, extremely knowledgeable, savvy with construction ideas and problem solutions so the critters can't come back...he knows all aspects of the business and executes seamlessly all that needs to be done for a complete pest solution. I used Arizona Rodent Solutions a few years ago and was happy with their work. However, I have tried to contact them recently and they wont return my calls.

I had rats and racoons in my attic . Nathan and crew removed the droppings and the soiled insulation with their powerful industrial vacuum systems. Then they sprayed disinfectant to remove odors. They created a plastic sheet tunnel between the attic access and the front door to protect our home. Nathan installed metal covers over the holes in the roof's eves to keep the critters out. I highly recommend Arizona Rodent Solutions.

Arizona Rodent Solutions did a fantastic job that exceeded our expectations. Nathan did a very detailed preliminary inspections, and they used two different large vacuums to clean out my attic, and their work made us realize that this was a job we could never have accomplished on our own. They also sealed up any areas where animals could have gotten in, using colored metal that matched the house, which we were very pleased with. I would absolutely recommend them.

I was really hopeful to have Nathan take care of my pest issues after his initial visit. However, he promised me an estimate and I never heard back. I've called dozens of times and his voicemail is full. I'm really only leaving this review and hopes of him getting in contact with me so I can get my rodent problem taken care of. I know he is busy, but to just ghost customers feels bad, at least maybe let people know a timeline if you can't follow up.

I have nothing but good words to say about the AZ Rodent Solutions team! When we moved to Northern Arizona we were not expecting to move into a home infested with Rodents. Nathan and his team were professional, always polite, and cleaned out our house! We have been here for 2+ years now and there are no more critters!

Called and made an appointment with Nathan. No call, no show. Called again and left a message. No call back. Finally got a hold of Nathan and he told me "we have been extremely busy." Would NOT recommend.

Nathan was a professional from initial consult, to remediation and follow up. I had pack rats, chipmunks and skunks. Nathan and his crew humanely took care of all three. I was particularly impressed with his ability to live trap skunks and move them to a better life in the wild. Gratitude for their respect for wildlife and innovative solutions.

Curt was really good at communicating his time arrival and did an amazing job. Very satisfied for the bat cleanup he did. Highly recommended !

I am so pleased with the service and results with Arizona Rodent Solutions. Nathan, the owner is responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. When I called him, it had been almost four years since they had serviced our home for rodents. I needed them to address our issue quickly and they came out immediately and took care of the issue. They stand by their work. It is very seldom that you find businesses that take such care with their customers but Arizona Rodent Solutions is definitely in the top tier. Highly recommended.

Great experience... Quick heads up tho, he is super busy! So be patient. Had a couple chipmunks throwing parties in our crawlspace... They weren't paying rent so we got in touch with Nathan to evict them and bar them from re-entry. They started by setting traps around the house for several weeks to make sure the critters were removed... Then they spent a day sealing up every single exterior crack, gap, hole, access point. Very thorough service, 2 year warranty of the work done and all in all a great experience. Just remember, he is SUPER busy so you may need to be patient, but is worth the wait because they did a superb job.

I had Nathan of AZ Rodent Solutions come out to see if he'd be able to pinpoint the odor of a dead, rotting rodent in a second home in Sedona that I came home to last night. He did a thorough investigation around the house, going into the above and below crawl spaces. Turns out there isn't a dead rodent but another possible issue that he suggested I call a plumber about. He did this entire inspection and refused to take a dime. He was honest, thorough and 100% trustworthy. He will definitely be the guy I call for any future needs and I highly recommend that you do the same. Also, if you call and it goes to voicemail, leave a message as he promptly got back to me.

Nathan was thorough and very professional. He took care of my pack rat gang, sealed the house, built out new crawl space door and put in Javelina-Proof vents around my house. Excellent service!!!
