They arrived early evening on the same day and started a treatment and advised that it might take up to two weeks for the problem to be resolved. Unfortunately, though the situation had improved, it wasn’t completely resolved. I called again and they were back the same day! I had a great experience with Jay from Graves Exterminating. The online booking was super easy and manageable. Jay did an awesome job—he took the time to walk me through the process and made sure I understood exactly what kind of protection I’d be getting with my pest control service. He thoroughly inspected the exterior of my home, checking for any signs of pest activity. He treated key entry points and the entire outdoor perimeter to create a strong, lasting barrier against unwanted insects.
I had crickets chirping at night from behind my stove. Saw a few in the kitchen, bathroom & once sitting behind me on the couch! Tried DIY but no luck. So looked up exterminators in my area & found Graves Exterminating based great reviews. He came today to fix my cricket problem, sprayed under & behind my stove (& killed the cricks that emerged), sprayed around the outside of the house. Great guy, very knowledgeable, great service & very affordable. Signed up for monthly service.
I would highly recommend Graves Exterminating. Jay responded to my inquiry very quickly. He quoted the job with a very reasonable price and stuck to the price quoted. He came out the next day to treat my termite issue. He took his time and did the job right. I'm looking forward to many more years of working with Jay and his company for all my exterminating needs. The service he provided was A+.
Valley Bee & Pest Service is amazing! The staff member who answered the phone was one of the kindest people I’ve ever spoken with—so patient and friendly. Booking an appointment took just minutes. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! We had a HUGE scorpion issue we thought was something else. He sprayed inside & out!!! Problem solved! YOU NEED TO CALL THEM! Reasonable & just a wonderful couple!!! Very reasonable prices too! They are local too! I will use them EVERY time I have issues!
