Crandell Pest Control is the real deal—professional, friendly, and apparently beloved by every bug except the ones in our yard. Their setup crew showed up, were friendly and informative, and inspected every nook and cranny of our property like they were searching for hidden treasure. The owner, Preston is awesome to deal with and super supportive of our VO park community. Mike Miller swings by every month, delivers top-notch service, and politely reminds us when it’s time to renew our annual plan (because let’s be honest, we’d forget). They send easy monthly invoices and give us a heads-up if any creepy-crawlies are plotting a comeback. Thanks to them, we can actually sleep at night without wondering if something with six legs is also paying rent. Highly encourage you to call them—your future, bug-free self will thank you!
