Absolutely nightmare dealing with their billing, every step of the way. They cannot seem to do simple things like send an email to the correct person. They do not communicate with eachother inside of their company, so nobody knows anything. You find yourself repeating yourself ENDLESSLY

Very nice young man listen to what I had to say about not spraying my herb garden. Did a heavy spray all around the house. I would like to withhold any rating on the quality of the chemicals used until after I see some dead bugs out there.
