Multiple termite outbreaks occurred after this company treated my home. Poor customer service, to say the least. I was able to find a local company to fix the problem which will now cost me thousands of dollars.

Last year, I contacted this company due to a possible termite mark. Eli texted stating to check outside and have no concerns about termites, although he never facilitated any proper inspection inside, which indicates a breach of contract. This year, I found multiple termite signs and called a trained professional with moral standards.

I've been trying to get them to come and validate the work guarantee for a while, and despite setting a time and date, they haven't shown up. The first time they came in October 2024, they only provided verbal customer service, no detailed work... but after that, we haven't heard from them again. They try to report after hours via text message, just to avoid showing up. It's January, and I'm still waiting for them to do the work they should have done. The termites have been damaging the structure of the house for two months, and they're ignoring it. Update: They came to perform the treatment. Again, they provided good verbal treatment, and this time they performed a treatment to prevent them from coming back. I think the only thing they're missing is communication with the client for a better understanding. And to show up on the first agreed-upon day.

The house inspector indicated there were no bug issues at my new home. However, during my remodeling the following issues and concerns were discovered; rodent droppings, cockroaches, termites, spiders and mice droppings. I was so disappointed that my home inspector did not discover any of these issues, but was happy I was referred to Doyle Exterminator. Their quick and thorough response to inspect and treat all my concerns put me at ease that evening. The next day they followed up with more treatments and another inspection. I was with the results and highly recommend them to others.

Gabriel came and did my first service and I have not seen a scorpion since (that was a year ago). They get the job done. They are reliable, professional, and very thorough. I wouldn't even think about hiring Doyle, worst, lousy, dishonest company ever. I called in for a termite estimate but let me warn you, DON"T leave your wife alone or they will try to hit on her. Ridiculous, Not to mention they never showed up the first time until my wife called. Don't waste your time, if I could give zero stars I would but google only allows 1 stars and up.
