Called to have termite issue resolved. Rather than just charging me over $500 to take care of the termite issue, he questioned about the possibility of a termite warranty as the house is only 2 years old. He helped me and we found the name of the company who serviced the home and it is under warranty. He saved me over $500. In addition to that, he is extremely professional and courteous. I decided to sign up for monthly pest control and the staff was very helpful, efficient and courteous. I strongly recommend him.

Ernie arrived on time for the appointment and was very professional throughout the process. He explained what sprays and other means of treatment he was using. I live in Gilbert, AZ or scorpion central, with summer temperatures I saw a major increase in scorpions inside and outside of my home. I even had one that was attempting to crawl up my shirt while I was sitting on the couch. After he sprayed and treated my house the only scorpions I have seen are dead scorpions! I no longer have to be weary of watching a movie or stepping on a poisonous insect. Thanks for keeping me and my family safe!

I would like to whole-heartedly recommend Stormin Norman Termite and Pest Control. I've had them come to another property to rid me of a scorpion infestation. There were all these sandy looking trails everywhere. I had heard that these tubes were how termites traveled around your home. I called Ernie from Stormin Norman. He is pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a termite warranty and upgraded to a pest control package with significant savings. The city does a lousy job keeping pests in control. Roaches, big ones got onto my house from the sewer. He took care of my termite and roach problem and comes back periodically to check and make sure everything remains pest free.

They were prompt, actually arrived before they were scheduled, were complete in the Spot Treatment of Termites and thoroughly inspected the rest of my house inside and out to make sure I had no other issues..

Stormin' Norman got rid of all the scorpions on my property when other pest control companies couldn't. Now they come out a fog the property killing and driving away mosquitoes with a safe for bees formula. We can enjoy outside now.
