We have used George Pest control for many years at our place of business. In the last year we had many issues with the staff being rude to my staff and having an attitude if asked anything. I ended up terminating service and switching to someone else. Before switching, we had to have the building treated for termites. They came and treated, however we are still completely infested and now have to pay to have it re-done by someone else. After so many years of great service, it's disappointing to see the decline in customer service, and now having paid for something not done appropriately. I'm only giving a second star because for many years, the services was quality. Unfortunately it no longer is.
Serviced my mom’s house for many years. They did and are still doing a great job. They were very kind and patient with Mom. Even came to her 108th birthday party in July. I highly recommend them.
Great business, give them a try. They come every 3 months with friendly call reminders, and any issues they are there to get the situation resolved...
