Hi Lucy, I tried to find your account, but I am not able to locate you. I apologize that our scheduling doesn't work for you. We moved away from set days and times as we couldn't build out technicians routes based on our customers specific wanted days and times as it wasn't efficient. For monthly services, we usually schedule withing week 1, 2 , 3 or 4, depending on your previous months service. If there are times (not days) that works best for you, we note your account and we try our best to accommodate based on the technicians routes. Other than scheduling, I hope that the service our tech provided you was satisfactory and he was helpful when needed.
