Great explanation of the service needed

They showed up faster then expected inspected the problem. Gave us options and hopefully soon our spider infestation gets handled and I can get back tk smoking food. I'll update after they show up to rid the problem.

I was not very happy with the service. The gentleman went through the entire house inside and out in 5 minutes, this includes the garage I can see bugs here and there, so no I am not happy

Very straightforward l, quick and thorough. Didn't have to sign up for a contract... That's what I wrote right after they came but a week later , I saw a big, fast, healthy cockroach. also had some other types of bugs.

Set up 3 appointments 3 separate times and they didn't show up. We call and ask why no one showed up they would send someone out the following day.

Been using your service for 17 years. Very Dependance, neuer miss a date. Employee Larry frindly, courtious, professioal, and does a good job.

I used these guys a few times and they did a good job but the last time I used them about a year ago we scheduled an ant spray and the person never showed up no phone call nothing. I called them and they just re-scheduled it, no explanation, no apology, nothing. They just acted like it was no big deal to schedule a service and then not show up to do it. This very much turned me off from this company and I am looking elsewhere for pest control services now.

I didnt use them they dont exsist in kingman it's some patriot pest thing and its trash. Let alone a 95 dollar first service lol that's comedy

Cancelled on me an hour after appointment time, that the inspector was new a couldn't do the job. Three days later had a 5 minute visit with a call back for estimate. Never received... So since I don't matter, you get a 1 🌟.

They Have at least one driver that was road raging. I called the company spoke with the receptionist described the the driver she knew exactly which driver I was talking about. She definitely sounded like it wasn't the first complaint this driver had. She was sympathetic. Later the same day maybe the next day a manager called me back. He didn't seem too sympathetic he said he'd look into it. saw the same driver driving a couple days later. Haven't heard anything more about it.

I PAID $65 A MONTH FOR LANDSCAPE SERVICES, THEY DON'T CHECK FOR LEAKS ON MY SPRINKLERS LINES, THEY DON'T CHECK HOW SPRINKLERS WORKS, THEY DON'T CHECK IF LIGHTS WORKS, I HAVE MANY TIMES PALMS MISSING..... HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I CAN SHOW PROOF OF THIS, IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT

I was a customer for 13 years and always had good service. But they got a very bad man doing the spraying. Not only did a bad job .But took the money I gave him.never got a recite because I trusted him and baron. Now they say I owe 72 dollars. That there own man stold.
