After we declined the quarterly recurring rat trap service, this guy broke into our house and stole the rat traps that we paid for. We filed a police report, and he is evading the police now.

This saddens me that google will allow fake reviews like this that only hurts it but ill explain in detail how false this review is<br>1) we have been in business for 8 years with NOT 1 SINGLE negative review that should speak voules<br>2) We do not offer ANY time of quarterly service let alone rodent<br>3) rodent service is outside, not inside the house so kinda hard to break into a house for a service that is outside<br>4) the police have never called us and we ARE NOT evading them. <br>5) you do not "pay" for traps, you do rent them for us so the traps you are referring to our traps. not yours. you dont own our stuff<br>6) post the police file you reported, since you didnt this is false info. <br><br>I am sorry you feel the need to bash our company for no reason. I wish the person who posted this the best of luck in the future and stopping making false claims on small businesses

We have a larger lot for most phoenix homes, not far from equestrian properties, so there is vegetation which brings a lot of critters. Scorpions, crickets, roaches, ants, you name it, but since we have been using a family first (over a year now) we don’t have near as many insects in our yard and never have any in our home. Definitely recommend!
