Paul has been to our house on several occasions over the past few years to spray existing weeds and to apply preemergent. He has always been prompt and does a very thorough job. He is careful spraying around plants to protect them from overspray. Additionally, his services have always been quite affordable.

Paul has taken care of our property since we moved in almost 4 years. We are pleased with his work and have not had a single bug issue inside. And on top of that he is a reliable friendly guy.

I wanted to make sure the public saw this. I have not used the service. This was about a reckless company driver on the morning of April 2, 2025 on Highway 260 Westbound. He was angrily weaving in and out of traffic, and he cut me off within 2 inches of the front of my Ford van. Literally his rear bumper just about hit me if I didn’t swerve into the right breakdown lane. I followed him so I could get a photo. And he kept doing this all the way into Cottonwood. I wouldn’t want someone with this kind of attitude coming out to my home.

Called to ask for service. The gentleman answered the phone with a attitude. I still asked if he was accepting clients, as I was trying to explain what type of service we needed he cut me off and asked if I was a homeowner. I responded no. Then he just hung up the phone

I was told I would only need 2 treatments a year & they had treated the yard for the previous tenant. It has been 1 month & all the weeds have grown back. I'm told those are new weeds & I'd have to pay for new treatment. So what was the point? This was a waste of $. I will never utilize this company again.

I called and left a message at the office. Two hours later he did call back. He somehow knew a lot about me (like where I worked) and this left me feeling uneasy like he was a Facebook stocker or something. He went to the house I needed to be sprayed to give me an estimate. He called me and told me that there is no gate to access the back yard. He then demanded that I give him the garage access code so that he could enter. I refused to offer this stranger access to my entire house. I simply told him that we could make an appointment to meet so I could be there. He got mad and said this wouldn't work as he doesn't do appointments and proceeded to tell me to find another company. So I will do just that. Creeper.

Rude... After using them for over 10 years, they needed my credit card info updated. I left a message, when they called back, they were laughing on my voicemail, saying they can't help me, and to find someone else. I tried to call back and find out why, when we've been loyal customers, and they hung up on me. Unbelievable. I can see from other posts, I'm not the only one.

Very bizarre, pathologic interaction with this "businessman." I called his contact number and left a clear message with my name and number (which I stated TWICE during the message), requesting to please get an estimate for services. I later missed his return call, and the cold voicemail he left was (verbatim), "Yeah you called me about pest control and weed control (cough cough)...you left your number really, really fast, so I probably can't help you..." CLICK. Very unprofessional, and also makes no sense because if he could not understand my number, how was he able to call it back? That is NOT how you treat customers, or potential customers. Will definitely NOT use this company, and would warn all others to stay away.
