Josh Floyd came out to service my new home in Camp Verde yesterday. The house has been sitting empty for a few months and we knew the job was more than we could handle ourselves. We were right but Josh did amazing! He found and took care of three wasp nests and a fire ant hill. He also did a thorough job spreading a few different types of pesticide through the yard. I would recommend to anyone, not only did he do the job but the customer service was great!

Josh Floyd has been servicing my home in Sedona for the last year and half. He always shows up on time with a great attitude and does a great job for me. He is out of Camp Verde.

The technician, Joshua Floyd, who serviced our house today did an excellent job. He was very professional and offered us good advice on maintenance.

Rick called 15 minutes before showing up. When he arrived, He explained what he and his company does and gave us price quotes for monthly and bimonthly services. So we signed up and let him go to work. He did a great job, wiping out all the cobwebs and stuff, on window sills and cervices, then, using 3 different products for different situations, he treated for bugs. He's a great guy, he did a great job, and we are happy with his work. Thank you Rick.

We have used Alternative Pest Control for about 2 years now. Chris F is our awesome technician. He is super nice and very professional. His services have done a great job keeping all the insects at bay. Plus our house doesn’t smell like insecticide after a treatment. My parents have been using Chris and APC for many years and they recommended him to us. We are lucky they did, because he really is a solid guy, and very accommodating with our crazy schedule. I would highly recommend Alternative/Chris to anyone looking for the best pest control.

I hired them for the Spring bugs, and I told the office clerk I spoke to that I'm shopping around, which you'd think would be an opportunity to sell me the service and discuss price. Not only was the pricing not mentioned, she told me they'd do a one time service while I shop around. Little did I know the service is $180! That's a bit steep for a little spray around my property which took this dude maybe 10 mins tops. Wondering what the high price tag is all about? A bit pricey if you ask me. I won't be using them ongoingly once the contract is done. The whole operarion felt very unprofessional and shady.

I would give this company a zero if I could. Their employee came out to my house and sprayed the front yard and then left. I was billed for the full service. When I reported his lack of work and that I should not be billed for services not provided- I was informed that I would have to pay the full bill. I cancelled my service. 1.5 years later they are still expecting me to pay for a service I did not receive. My entire outside was not treated and I know for a fact he didn't because he usually comes through the house to the back yard to treat my property- he never came through the house. The inside of my home wasn't treated that day either- but he reported that he did. I would absolutely not recommend this service- the office personnel is rude and their staff is shady.
