Killer Bee Guy

The Killer Bee Guy is one of a kind.... and this is one of his two stores. The honey is phenomenal plus there are many flavors of honey butters, honey mustards and bee pollen. If you are very lucky there may even be some raw honeycomb. If you want know to know why this honey is so special check out the YouTube videos. This store often has one of his compatriots staffing the store. You might even see Reed Booth stopping by when he is not out on a job removing hives of of a very dangerous invasive species! Beautiful store. Nice Folks. I love this honey because it was fraught for by hero’s .You can rest assured that anything that is purchased in this store was fought for and thought through. I know because these folks are on YouTube and I see the truth. I watched many bee vids, Someone was in denial or they looked in the camera and lied to myself and himself. Great place to stop if you like honey. A good variety of flavors. Also honey mustard . Staff very helpful in selection. Also has service to assist in removing problem hives. Always stop here when possible.

Did Not like honey,tried reeds and im a addicted!!

I was very disappointed with my experience at Killer Bee Guy’s store in Bisbee. The business model relies on killing wild bees and then reselling the honey, which feels both wasteful and harmful to pollinator populations. There are humane alternatives—such as live extractions and requeening—that would allow bees to be relocated and preserved rather than destroyed. As someone who values sustainability and stewardship, I cannot support practices that prioritize profit over ecological responsibility. I would encourage others to consider the impact this has on our environment before purchasing here.

The guys are nice. The honey is ridiculously expensive and of low quality

We just happened to walk in front of the store and we were called in to try local honey. Wow, so many flavors. We tried them all. They were all so good. We settled on the orange and lemon to bring home. They were a little pricey but we felt welcome and were told so many stories by the killer guy that it was worth the price. He was so friendly and talkative, we felt at easy. While we were there many people came to taste but did not buy. I think his entertainment personality and quality pruducts were worth the trip to Southern Arizona.

Love this guy, he is very knowledgeable about bees. Highly recommend.

We LOVED this little shop. We learned so much about the Arizona africanized colony killer bees. We were able to try many of the products. We loved the almond and lemon one the most.

Anytime we’re in Bisbee, we stop in and get some delicious honey. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

As we travel We're always interested in something unique & good tasting.  Check out this little shop in Bisbee.  Killer 🐝 offer a large variety of Honey products that they produce locally.  Leah was a great help & very knowledgeable about the products.  We bought the Honey Mustard.  Enjoy!

Disappointed - came in very excited to purchase local honey. Unfortunately he ripped us off and charged $50 for the 18oz wild desert honey - went on his website and found out that it’s $30. I love to support local stores, but when you’re ripping off people it leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. If he’s willing to lie about the price I can assume he’s lying about much more regarding his honey.

Consuming local honey has a vast number of health benefits, it always helps me with my allergies and the honey I’ve gotten from killer bee honey has always been top notch. I drive to tombstone every few months to stock up on honey and the honey butter as well, my favorite honey butter is the raspberry and the blueberry variety as well. Owned by a very friendly and outgoing man too!

An absolutely delicious delight. Our twins love honey and this location does not disappoint. They were so friendly and educational for kids and adults. I love when shops will share their knowledge and excitement with the kids. They also have a neat selections of mustards.

These people are awesome! Cool little shop with a big selection of great tasting local Africanized killer bee honey. We bought four 8 ounce jars and got one free… of several different flavors. Did the same thing at their tombstone store. We’re going to gift several to people for bdays and Xmas.

Dishonest and ripping off tourists. Bought a jar of Viking honey in their store. Got charged $24 plus tax. Later on found out they sell the same honey for $12 on their website. Total ripoff.

There was a maggot in my bees wax…. That has to be some sort of health code violation because I’m absolutely disgusted.

We look forward to finding out more. I believe we will enjoy it

Great Honey, the real deal

It's honey. I don't know what makes it worth $12 for an 8 oz jar. Maybe my tastes aren't refined enough. Be prepared for high-pressure sales (and maybe even political conspiracy talk) if you walk in. Also the store is about 3 feet wide, so watch your shoulders.

Loved the honey and the selection, but I will tell anyone I can to avoid this location. My entire family has been very careful for the last year regarding covid and none of us caught it. This is the one store we went to in the last few weeks and we all managed to get Covid. They don't sanitize anything, and the clerk will get right in your face while talking without a mask. Its sad, I wish I could recommend this more, but I have to tell everyone to avoid it.
