Had a problem with the pump and they got me in the same day. Had to adjust rating from 5 down to 2 stars. The rig they installed has been nothing but problems. One piece keeps going out. They've replaced it 4 times and still having issues. Even had to replace the pump. Haven't even had it 2 years yet.
There aren't enough gold stars to select the professionalism Chris provides to each of his customers. He's knowledgeable and provides the best service for controlling pesky pest unwelcome to and around your home. Ive been a customer for 4 or 5 years. He's very pleasant and quite above truly Nolan or any large pest control companies. Ive had several companies prior to giving Chris a test drive. If you have pest problems, he does help immensely. I love this company. We have been with them for almost 2 years now. They do a great job of spraying our house for bugs. What I appreciate is that they also take care of the inside of our house. Chris, the person who comes by, is friendly, punctual, and keeps us informed. We haven't had any bug issues since they started servicing our home, especially no scorpions. That's what we're most pleased about - no scorpions! The price they charge for our home is reasonable. I highly recommend this company

Just curious, how confident are you in your bug guy? Last year I found 26 scorpions within a two day period on my acre property. I had seen enough amd called the pros at Recon Advanced Pest Control. Chris came out quickky and sprayed generously. But what impressed me the most is that he took the time to explaib how the insecticide works, what things I was doing to compound my infestation, etc Within a few days I couldn't find even one scorpion. It also took care of all tthe spiders cochroache

I recommend this business because they help me find the right product to kill all the roaches I have at home and the two guys that helped me was really friendly and helpful and they sit there and in conversation with you and they give you advices what to do with the rodents and bugs they’re really helpful and nice people I should’ve came to this business a long time ago to kill the rats and to kill bugs, roaches, chicks, and fleas.
