Arizona City Pest Control does an amazing job! They are always professional, reliable, and willing to work around my schedule. Matt is friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of. My home is in so much better shape thanks to their service, and I’ve noticed a huge difference with fewer bugs and a cleaner, more comfortable environment. Very rude, we called and set an appointment for the morning asking them to come to the back door and ring the ring doorbell or we would not hear them. We wanted the weeds to be pulled not just sprayed and that's not a service they offer. We told this to the guy on the phone and he said he put it in the notes but the guy that came out didn't follow any of the instructions. When we did finally come out and told the guy we wanted them pulled not sprayed since we did that already he got mad and said he sprayed something already and to never call him again. In response to the post left by the owner. We explicitly asked the person on the phone if you pulled the weeds he said no but to ask the person that showed up. We also explicitly said that what we needed. We also explicitly said to ring the back ring door bell or that we would not hear you. The person that came ring the non working old front door bell. We never scammed you.

Well since you didn't pay for the service and you were aware that the appointment was at 7 am and the technician knocked we find this review comical, the gentleman on the phone told you we only spray weed control and don't remove them. We asked you not to call us again because we don't appreciate being scammed.
