Two gentleman came great service great communicators told us everything we wanted to know about their service and chemicals. They used very nice clean, cut gentlemen. Going forward after doing this review find out that the call center is not even located in the same state so so much for being homegrown. I’ve already talked to three different people this morning and no one can get my issue resolved and they lied to me about the contract I would not recommend them at all. Just wanted to give another update finally got a hold of Buck Home service again today went through two AI persons. The other guy finally communicated a little bit now I’m told that what I signed up for was once every three months and every time we talk to someone different you get a different plan of what you’re buying. Do not use these people. Very frustrating. They never call you back like they promise and good luck people but again do not use this company.

Chuck serviced property today. He was extremely courteous and thorough in all the work he did. I explained that we wanted a thorough job done in our back and front yard. Because of the heat I was expecting scorpion. We haven’t seen any, but just wanted to take precaution. He did everything as requested and this is why I continue to use your service.

I am always pleased with Bucksworth Services. Cody our new technician pays close attention to details and is professional in his work. I felt completely confident in his ability to do a superior job. Along with pest control , he applied weed control. I’d also like to compliment the office for their timely appointment reminders and flexibility with the schedule and payments. The only thing that I’m really disappointed about is you don’t get credit for referring people for weed control; only pest control. I have made numerous referrals for weed control without receiving any credit. Overall I’m happy to be a part of Bucksworth Services
