Very good at what they do

Our daughter and SIL bought their first house at the end of December 2019. In February they found termites in their living room. She called Xtreme Xterminating immediately. The tech that came out told our SIL that they should have been out there 3 months prior to spray but they have been busy. They came out several times over a months’ time to look at it and spray and tore out the damaged wood. It was not until May or June before they started sending someone over to start the repairs. My wife went over yesterday (7/25/20) and was shocked. When she drove up, she saw a post that they had replaced that still had not been painted and was not even sitting straight up against the house. The living room was still closed off and the work that was done looked awful. Our daughter said that they sent 2 young guys last week to attempt to finish the work. One of them said he did not know anything about doing that kind of work, so he had to bring his friend with him who my daughter said looked to be 14 or 15. This company did not hire a contractor that new what he was doing to make these repairs like they should have. The textured wall that was previously there looked like they pop-corned it like the ceiling. It does not even match the other walls. You can see where they taped the dry wall even through the heavy popcorn texture. They have paint all along the ceiling where they did not even attempt to be careful when they painted the top of the wall. Our grandson turned one in May and our daughter wanted to have his first birthday at their house for immediate family so everyone could see their house. Of course, this was not even possible. I know our country has been crazy with the Covid virus but there is no way a reputable business should handle a situation like this. My wife could not believe that for the last 6 months they have been living without being able to go into the living room. It is not a huge house so keeping our grandson out was not easy. The living room was basically his playroom until this happened. When you buy a house, you have a home inspection for a reason. This is so wrong. My wife took a few pics, but it is not a good representation of how bad it is. I suggested she contact a lawyer and make sure they get an actual contractor out there to do the job right. Not to mention they should have found the termites during their home inspection. This was so negligent.

Stay far away from this Terrible Company. My interaction with them started with us noticing a serious structural area that destroyed by termites was not found during the inspection. Had to take the afternoon off just for them to "forget" our scheduled appointment. My relationship with them ended with a termination notice sent to me that they can no longer hold our bond because of the crawlspaces.
