Was disappointed with the service for 3 years but stayed too long to give them time. It failed. On his last visit Kevin (transferred to Huntsville) sprayed my yard with ROUND UP after I asked him not to. He complained that he could not find any weeds but he had to use up the canister. I watched him spray the yard and have now contracted with a sod company to replace most of my yard where he sprayed. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!! There was a change (?) in ownership last year. I will never use this company again. They texted me a few weeks ago saying they would treat my lawn the next day. Never showed up. They came out last Friday, no notification, and treated my lawn. I was not home. I have 2 gates to my backyard. One at the driveway, the other on my side yard, that I do not use and thought I had secured it by tying a rope around it, that would deter someone from using it. Once again TDI has over fertilized our yard and burned the grass. This happened last year and took all summer to grow back. They tried to blame it on grub worms, but finally admitted it was fertilizer burn. No compensation and now fighting to get back payment for the service that caused this.
