UPDATE. They made it right for my daughter but she has tried calling a lady named Emily that works there to talk to her because they are still seeing bugs and she can’t get no answer don’t know if their lines are messed up Safe solution used to be really good. I really don’t know what has happened. We had a house in Fort Payne and every time they would be on time now my daughter bought a house in Scottsboro. The guy was supposed to be there at 10 o’clock. Then we take Emily. She texted and said that he would be there within 15 minutes. This was at 11 o’clock. It is 1148 and the gentleman is still not there. I told my daughter if he is not there by 12 to find another pest control. update 1154 he finally showed up after she takes him and said he would be there less than 15 minutes

Awesome place great people

A guy named James came out and sprayed my elderly aunts house last week and I have to be honest when I tell you it was a completely 180 from the person that came out before and we couldn't be happier He called before our appointment time to check and make sure we we home and when he arrived "actually early to our delight" he looked professional, uniform clean and his boots looked like mirrors and he smelled nice and his truck looked clean. Before, during and after he sprayed he asked us questions inquiring whether or not we had any problems and offered solutions such as recommending a box to catch rats and mice which the other person months earlier didn't do at all and in fact seemed bothered to even be at work. He took a large pole and knocked down a ton of spider webs and wasp nests we had built up because the lady that came out last time didn't do and made sure to not step on my flowers in the flowerbed which happened the time before. I don't know who this young man is but he's a total asset to your company and it's obvious he not only cares about the quality of this appearance and work but how he treats customers. After the last visit we were ready to call Derek and cancel our service but this guy was phenomenal and treated us and your property like we mattered and that in this day and age is rare. Whatever you're paying this young man should be doubled

Awesome people all the way from the office workers to the technicians

First of all this place does not spray for cockroaches. I live in an apartment complex. every since we using this company we’ve been seeing a lot of roaches something we have never seen in the four years that I’ve lived here so then when I start asking questions I’m told by my manager, and by the exterminator himself that they do not spray for roaches, but on the other hand, if the roach walks through the chemical he will die first of all how Lure them to walk-through it. On top of this, they give you no time of arrival not even an estimated time I am disabled from a stroke no use of my left arm. I had to have someone pick me up this morning at 9 AM. The apartment manager told me they would be there around 11. I get home now and I’m told they just did it so now I’m left to sit outside because I was dropped off for four hours. These people are not professional. They are not prompt and they do not care about anybody but themselves so sad to do somebody like this when they’re disabled. I was even sent a bill because I wasn’t able to get things out of the top cabinets , I have one arm give me a break but this time I’ve done everything right and they still didn’t show up so that I could come home. Shame on you. OK so I had to come back and edit this review because as soon as I posted, I was called by this company and hollered at or whatever telling me my my review has no merit but yes, my review has merit I warn them that if they called me again, I would get them for harassment proved that they’ve called me and I have voicemails that they left me. I have a right to make a review on anybody about anything whether they like it or not that is my right you cannot call and harass someone for making a review on their business to see what I can have done about this

This business is prompt and courtesy. You do not have to put up with, "Press 1 for english". There is always a person to answer your calls.

This is not only a great place to do business with, it's also a great place to work. Every one there is professional, kind ,and courteous. Jordan the young man who is general manager is mature way beyond his age and Knowledgeable On all your pest control needs. Emily, the young lady who schedules appointments is very professional and does wonderful job of setting up scheduling and communicating with customers. I highly recommend this business!

This used to be a great company. We have had a contract for about 3 years now. At first they did an amazing job, treating every nook and cranny outside my house. Wasps, ants, snakes, rodents, you name it, they treated for it. If you found a problem or saw an increase in activity, call and they would immediately come back out and retreat. Over the past few months, this place has become a dumpster fire! They scheduled appointments without notifying me. In the last appointment I forgot about the appointment (no reminder from the company like before) so the inside was not completed. I called asked for a retreat on the outside due to more activity and asked if they could complete the inside at the same time. The service tech called to let me know he was on the way to do the inside only. This was the last miscommunication for me. I cancelled my service today. There were a couple other issues in the past but the previous management made it right with no issues. It seems that management team has left and the new one did not adopt their style of customer service. It is a shame, truly was one service I did not have to ever worry about!

Came out within a couple of days of calling them and sprayed. Excellent job!

Good people

Very high turn over, they always want to come when you are not home even after you tell them your problems are on the inside, but I don't leave a key out for someone where it is a different one every time. And I could never tell they did anything on the outside.

Neil was excellent!! He was very thorough and polite!
