Found a notepad in my house currently being built after their horrible employee trespassed and walked on recently poured concrete to enter the house. There is now absolutely zero chance we do business with this company at any time. Shot yourself in the foot there, huh? Pathetic behavior.

After an investigation we learned that the concrete was not damaged and that the builder did have a worker on property when our employee left the notepad. It is our goal to offer our services to anyone who may need them. Unfortunately, sometimes we may end up in the wrong place at the wrong time. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been faced due to this situation.

Constantly getting skipped over. Since we started our service, we have been skipped every other month and sometimes two months in a row. Then they cancelled our service because their guy wasn’t coming out! I called and complained in November 2024 and the supervisor said they closed the service. He started it back up and said he’d fix the issue. Our service tech came out November 22nd, 2024 and haven’t heard from him since. Guess I’ll be calling again on Monday. Definitely considering changing companies. This is past old and has been so inconsistent for the past year we’ve had them. I think they have came out 5-6 times total in the past year and it’s a monthly service. Not worth it honestly.

We were selling our home and the “buyer” had a company come out to inspect who just wanted the money. They didn’t bother to crawl under parts of the house to check for termites evident by cob webs. Morris has inspected our house for 2 years and gave us a clean bill of health. Nonetheless the buyer demanded we re check. Morris came out, suited up and I watched them crawl under and I mean all under our house. They didn’t gripe, they were professional and provided a diagram as well as a letter clearing our house of termites. The buyer still wasn’t happy and backed out of the sale but Morris is top shelf and not out to gouge you for your hard earned money. Good job Morris’ Pest Control.

Matthew is very professional in his job and in the way he speaks he has been out twice and my problem has decreased Immensely! He answers all questions and explains things step by step and is so sweet to my dog as well THANK YOU for being so professional!

I recently tried to get them to contact me about a quote I had received from the tech that had came out to give me an estimate. Talked yo tech on phone who was supposed to get back with me next day 3/31. Didn’t hear from him so I left him a voice mail 4/1 still hadn’t heard back as of 4/7. Won’t be using a company that doesn’t get back with customers
