We recently hired Phillips Pest Control to inspect a house we want to buy and we highly recommend them. Mr. Phillips was extremely thorough with both the inspection and his report which he sent to us very promptly. He answered all our questions and gave us very good advice.

We had a home inspection done recently for the property we're in the process of purchasing in Andalusia. Phillips was on time, informative and very thorough. He came highly recommended to us and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area needing a home inspection or termite/pest control services. We'll be using him on a couple of upcoming services on our home as well. Well deserving of this 5-star rating.

Mr. Phillips is excellent! I hired him for a home inspection after the Realtor said that the home was sound. He found major problems in the roofing, electrical, dry rot, etc., which made the house a terrible investment. He saved me from a future nightmare. If I have another house within a couple of hours of Opp, I'll hire him without hesitation.

I dont recommend them at all.. david that's works for them is horrible!! Do not use them this man will come in ur home and literally start a argument for no reason what so ever and call u horrible names.i will not use them until the man is gone
