Bobby did a very professional job on the home inspection he did for us on a house we had a contract on. He found some termite and mold issues, and the sellers then hired him to treat and kill both, which he was able to do immediately. Very thorough inspection! Exactly what I want in an inspector. We had a home inspection done recently for the property we're in the process of purchasing in Andalusia. Phillips was on time, informative and very thorough. I highly recommend Mr. Phillips and his company. I was an out of state home buyer and relied heavily on his experience to help me navigate my perfect 1980's home. He was reasonable and extremely thorough making sure I had all the information needed to get the repairs the home needed prior to final closing. His staff communicated so well with both me and my out of state real estate agent.
