Normally my rating would have been 5 stars but sadly recent events have caused me to take my business elsewhere. My husband and I have been using Pest Pro for the almost 2 years we have lived at our home. Service was great when we had a friendly person spraying our home. After that person left we had a new agent come and spray in December and never once did I rcv an invoice for my billing of the service. UPDATE: Ashley saw my post and called. She said she wanted to send Zack to do a recheck just to make sure we were happy with the service. Zack did take his time and did a thorough termite inspection. We have used Pest Pro for many years and are always happy with the service. As you can see from the update, they care about their customers and will certainly go above and beyond to be sure it is achieved.
