Zero stars for me I requested an appointment not one not two but three times Orkin called and rescheduled Tuesday for today, I had an appointment time frame of between 2pm and 4pm no email, no call, no reschedule no one showed one response or update had me waiting for nothing unprofessional and seems like a waste of money kind of glad they didn't show the problem I thought I had turned out to just be ants thanks to spring slowly approaching although I still wanted the service for the ant problem

I got Orkin specifically to help with a Wasp issue and pay $56 every two months for them to not help with the wasps at all. When it comes to other bugs they do a great job but with me SPECIFICALLY agreeing to the contract due to wasps I expected more since my Fiance is very allergic to them. I told them how tall my house is when I signed so why is it an issue. On top of the $56 bi-monthly bill I have been paying they want to charge me $395 Just because they need a ladder. Although the technician was eager and willing to complete the request, he was not equipped to complete the hornet’s nest properly. He did not have protective gear. None of the hoses and sprayers would reach. This is true even after I brought out my ladder (since he did not have one on his ladder rack). I primarily sprayed the nest myself using store bought products, from a second story window. Once I saturated the next, he knocked it down, but did not remove any of the nest that fell. I wa
