Had a bunch of bats in my attic. Stark repaired the issues and got rid of the bats, and their service even came with a 1 year warranty. Well, we are about one week shy of a year, and I notified my service technician, who confirmed to me that he notified the office, that the bats are back. And now, I can’t seem to get a phone call back from anyone about getting my bat problem fixed. I don’t even know where to begin with all the good things I could say about this company! We first brought them on to help with an infestation we had at my business that another reputable company couldn’t get ahold of. Tailored knocked it out first treatment (after a two year long battle). We swapped our services over to them after and continued to have the best experience. They are on time, friendly, informative and always answer any questions. They have maintained our building for a few years

We love David, who does our monthly treatments. Very professional and he even sweeps down spider webs on the porches, doors, and windows. When we had mice infestation they got rid of the mice, sealed up any spaces where mice can enter, and we have never had this problem again. The mosquito treatment we have with them is amazing and we can now enjoy being outside. Great business and very knowledgeable in their job.
