Ecopest Pest Control

After being a customer of 15 years with Orkin, they dropped the ball on an issue we came across and made the situation much worse and weren’t willing to rectify it. I did some research and came across EcoPest. I spoke with Michael, the owner, and he was informative and had a tech out the same day. The tech spent his time and was very thorough. The owner gave me his number and said I could contact him anytime with questions. I highly recommend this company and trust they will do what needs to be done to get rid of these pesty springtails! Communication is great and are customer focused!

Professional company. The owner, Michael, is very knowledgeable. They treat for spiders, roaches, wasps, termites, mice- and all of it's effective. They do also give recommendations on what to do if they do find damage from previous infestations. Would highly recommend.

If you need excellent pest control look no further these guys and gals do an excellent job at what they do! Even came back out after our home treatment to take care of some wasp nests I found since I’m highly allergic!

The company apparently split Fall 2021. My account was supposed to go to the new company, but both have been billing me. I have disputed charges on my credit card twice now to my favor, but Ecopest keeps charging me. Have also called the company to have them stop charging me, but they persist. This is Ecopest out of Morgan County, Alabama. I have also noticed thier negative reviews have mostly been reset recently Months later they still attempt to bill me. Had to cancel my credit card to get this company to stop trying to bill Mr. Have also filed a fraud report.

They are amazing. I'd built a new home and suddenly found myself with rodents in my attic, it took a bit for them to find how they were getting in, but once they did, problem solved. I will say, that before they did find the location of the entry, they did a great job in clearing them out. They made my home feel like a home again. Thank you guys.

The inspection was very thorough and much attention was given to check all around and under the house. They even helped report another potential problem to the homeowner.

Stand up folks here. We were buying a house and another local company wanted to charge 2k all up front for a termite letter, without really explaining. Not only were these guys able to fit us in on a super tight schedule, they got everything to us danger day, and were willing to go over all of it.

Eco Pest did encapsulation and dehumidifier. Within a week the encapsulation was coming down. The dehumidifier is extremely loud and asked for a different way to mount it. I have called everyday for 2 weeks to fix issues and keep getting blown off. I've had other companies come out and look at the ECO PEST work and agreed it is shoddy. I WOULD NOT RECOMMED ECO PEST.
