Trenton Milligan is a great service provider. He takes great care of us. He actually feels like family!

I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Trent about a pest problem I am having and he came out today and took care of it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. You can't beat their pricing. Thank you Trent!

Parker called to inform us that our three month inspection was due to be done the following day. Parker came and did the inspection, sent us the results and our normal statement. Better Way was prompt, thorough and speedy as they usually are. Thanks for such good service.

Keith does amazing work. He is professional and always available when i need him. We had a wasp/hornets next that had been terrorizing me since summer. He made sure it was clear and knocked it down.

Terminex came out three times, quotes us over $3000 and never did anything to solve or help solve our issue with potential rodents under the house. Better Way Pest Control came out same week I sent a inquiry, answered all my questions, explained what they were doing and told me call or text if we have any other issues before they come back for the quarterly service. Highly recommend!!

I love these men!!! They are patient with all my questions. They didn't use my desperate need of service to over charge me at all. (And as a woman it happens more than we admit). Bed bug removal was done well with a slight problem with communication. He would come out later to do my 1st overall treatment for preventionof other problems. For a full effectiveness we needed to wait time after other treatment. We texted back-and-forth about when he would come and when he stopped answering I asked him to text my husband's phone since we had a similar problem previously. I never heard anything until today when he texted my husband to ask about coming out for the 2nd quarterly treatment. We spoke on the phone and he supposedly treated back in December. When I asked him several direct questions, like if he left a voice or text when he was supposedly unable to reach us, both phones, he could not answer and ended the conversation. I went back through our conversation to verify the above and through my husband's phone and there never communication on either of their ends until today.

So i wanted to give better Way pest control a zero and share my experience but to share my experience they needed a one-star. They get a one star because Jeremiah the employee of better Way pest control was called about the any problem, his answer to me about the ants "Mr . Lindsey i can come by with ant bait or you can buy some ant bait and put them at the areas they are getting into the house. If you still having problems Call me back. The ants were taken care of. We were having problems with palmetto bugs in the house. i sent a message to Jeremiah, no reply, i called Israel, the owner, he said he was going to tell Jeremiah. Several weeks passed. No response. I called Israel back. St this point I had spent over 40$ trying to get rid of the problem with bugs and ants and mosquitoes. With no response. A second phone call to Israel i wanted my money back. He asked about calling and talking about my issues. I agreed to listen. I messaged him two days later that i was home, if he wanted to call. No response. He sent the money back the next day. NO FOLLOW UP. HE WASTED MY MONEY. HE WAISTED MY TIME. JEREMIAH WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. I don't quess they need the business if they let the customer go like they did. I would not use better Way. I will not ever use them again.
