We chose Bohannon when we first moved down here in 2016, and have been with them ever since. The office staff and field techs are knowledgeable and friendly, and are so easy to work with. They know their stuff, and have taught me about office pride and even how to deal with bugs, LOL. Highly recommended.

Greg continues to delight us with his exceptional service. He shows up when he is scheduled and takes his time in going above and beyond to take care of any existing problems. He also proactively noticed an ant trail on the outside and even though they had not come inside, he sprayed to prevent that. I can not say enough great things about Bohannon Services for all your pest needs.

Helpful, friendly, and courteous, knowledgeable staff, however they could not solve our problem. That is not something I think any pest service can help with, however, they will help us keep it from happening in the future.

I had Bohannon service my rental houses and personal homes for several years. I was very happy for several years. The salesman who oversaw service for my homes moved to a different company. Everything went down hill from there. After the saleman left the service techs would not replace caps to the termite stations when they inspected quqrtely... and then when I called after most of them were missing, I was told they would charge me for each cap due to more than 3 of caps missing at one time. Seems trivial,... but if this the is the kind of service a person with multiple house under contract receives,..then you should be concerned about how they will treat you once they have you under contract. The company is quilty of not replacing the caps during quarterly inspections just so they can charge for them when more than 3 are missing. Sad way to nickel and dime a good paying customer. That being said, I am nott sure the technicians were doing anything except walking around my homes, and sending me bills for several years after the good salesman left. I even spoke with the owner of Bohannon prior to dropping them from servicing every home I own,... she thought her company was completely correct to nickel and dime me for trivial items that would have been included if the service tech had replaced them one or two at a time during quarterly inspections. I would highly recommend to anyone to select another pest control company instead of using Bohannon. I was very unhappy at the time I stopped doing biz with Bohannon

Hi Mr. McCalpin,<br>We are truly sorry you were so dissatisfied with the termite protection we provided. Our salesmen have no part in training or overseeing the employees, so any parallel between the salesman and technician was purely coincidental. Part of the inspection process we provide includes replacing broken or missing top caps. This is done at no charge to the customer. The exception to this rule would be for the concrete core caps, which we will replace for free if the core caps were damaged due to any negligence by our company. However, if the homeowner is responsible for damaging the concrete core caps, we will replace them at cost. The Sentricon top caps and bait tubes each contain a unique barcode, which is scanned in upon each service then subsequently downloaded onto our system each day, therefore ensuring each station was checked. We are happy to provide a record at your request. Furthermore, checking the stations and doing proper inspections are a vital part of maintaining your termite protection, since we would be liable should infestation occur. We appreciate the business you provided us.
