First time I used their services in July 2026. They were responsive and thorough. I needed flea treatment in the yard and also rodent control. I rate at 5 stars for this service call. I recommend this company.

Josh did our terminate and a pest spray for the home we are buying. He was very communicative, nice and overall a pleasure to work with! We also signed up for their bi monthly pest sprays to keep the creepy crawlers away. Highly recommend Josh if you need a termite inspection! He will give you his honest opinion!

I found PMS in a time of desperation. I called Josh, told him of my situation and he came over to help me out. I was with one local company for close to 4 years and after our regular big guy left that company, it was a roach nightmare ever since. The company didn't want to listen to me and kept feeding me lines to keep me with them. Best decision I made was to call PMS. Josh was thorough, and took his time to pay attention to details and problematic areas. With just his one visit, we are back to being bug free. I will recommend PMS/Josh to everyone. Josh showed up on time and he was very polite. Very communicative, he explained everything. Told us the difference between a flying ants and termites. He took his time and did not rush us and was very informative, and his overall personality was awesome! Also, we learned some new things from him. I found 2 cockroach's in the my living room and bugs are my BIGGEST fear. I was freaking out so I called P.M.S. Pest control. Josh answered the phone and told me he could come the same day to help me. I was so thankful that he was able to fit me in right away. Josh is the best in the business, period! In between services we have had guests that possibly brought in bed bugs to our house. We contacted Josh and after an exhausting day made time for us. He thoroughly inspected for the pests. Even though he didn’t find any evidence, he took preventative measures and set traps. Great guy to go out of his way and spend over an hour taking care of us! Also if you want rid of Fire Ants Josh knows what to do. He eliminated them from our yard!

Extremely thorough and professional, PMS is our new pest control service. Simmie provided a professional service inside an outside of our home and even gave us some tips to save money.
