Service tech was not frieny at all. Barely spoke 3 words to us. Very sloppy with thw spray got all over fridge cabinets and walls. Seemed to be in a rush and didn't care about the client. Was supposed to return for a 2nd treatment never showed.
I was cleaning out my basement and noticed some roaches in the cabinets. I called Copter and they had someone come out the very next day. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he was very agreeable and performed his job well. He sprayed down the insides of the cabinets and sprayed the rest of the basement/house, then sprayed outside for us. Quick, efficient and effective. It's a week later now and my home is roach free. I have the cabinets cleaned out and haven't spotted any pest, so I know the tr
They got into evry crack and crevice nook and cranny very thorough, I highly recommend them, I had called a popular competitor that comes up first when you goggle pest control and after 3 months I still had the same problem, but after only one visit I've seen substantial improvement They came back today for thier final service of the quarter, I have not seen any trace of the pest since before the last treatment, I again Highly Recommend Knox Pest

Amazing business! They even took care of some stuff that I didn't even realize I had a problem with. They talk to you and get to know the problem and do a thorough assessment of your property. The first visit was a fire ant doomsday. Which is great for my nephews who come over and play! Thank you so so much Knox.
