Northwest Exterminating - Cullman

My contract end date is not coming soon enough. I’m paying two pest control companies to do my home. EnviroGuard has never worked to reduce the spiders and earwigs so I stopped using them.

Rob (the technician) was friendly, knowledgeable, & thorough. He explained everything clearly & concisely. He notified me when he was on the way and arrived within the designated 2 hour window.

Nic is our technician here on Smith Lake in Bremen and does a fantastic job taking care of our home! He notifies us prior to his arrival, is efficient, and very kind. We have been with northwest / Target for 9 years. Our tect for quarterly service Nic has always been attentive and willing to do the things that we can't. He really is a wonderful person. I recommend this company for your quarterly spraying of bugs (including carpenter bees)and termite pest control. service

I was very impressed with the technician and his great customer service. The Attention to my pest problem was awesome.

Sorry for the bad review, however I just had to report this as it was not what I would expect from a company operating fleet vehicles on the road. The tech was texting while driving. I’ve taken a picture and attached of the vehicle that I saw this occur in. Very unsafe please address.

We love this company! They found out my husband was going through cancer treatments and the next thing I know we get a get well card from all the people in the office. I thought that was so thoughtful. Austin was our service tech for years and was great but then he left and we thought, uh oh, hope the next one is as good. We have our quarterly bug treatment but also monthly mosquito treatment which really helps around our pool. Well, Bobby and another tech came to do it for the first time and did a fantastic job - we were so pleased. Not only that, but before they left, they came back in with a gift basket for my husband. Very thoughtful gifts in the basket - all things someone going through treatments for throat cancer would need. I cannot say enough about this company - they are the best!!!

We've had Northwest Exterminating for years now. Our technician is Rob and he is very professional, friendly, and diligent. We rarely see any bugs in the house and if we do, we call and Rob will immediately come out and take care of it. Just recently we have changed our service to their elite coverage which includes termites, carpenter bees, fleas, ticks, ants, and mosquitoes. We highly recommend Northwest Exterminating!!

Rob is a friendly and knowledgeable person. He is one of the reasons we continue to use Northwest.

They will definitely screw you on their termite bonds. I wouldn’t recommend using them.

After buying a termite bond when our home was built, the annual cost to keep the bond kept increasing. We were then told we had to pay almost $400 for a preventative retreatment, which we did only to have our policy canceled a year later because we didn't know they were trying to schedule an inspection until we revived a letter telling us that if we didn't contact them within 10 days and schedule an appointment that the bond we have been paying for for 20 years would be canceled. Unfortunatly we were out of town and did not open the letter until after the deadline. What a waste of thousands of dollars over 20 years for us.
