My experience with Cook's Pest Control has quite possibly been the worst experience I've ever had with any service-based company. I own another residence in another state where termites are also an issue and we pay for monthly pest control. We pay 90 dollars per quarter and their crew comes out and spends upwards of an hour at our home every month and comes additional times when requested. Cook's billing is not at all transparent and their online portal is unusable. I can't review my past bills

Not sure how this dump has 4.8, I'd give it a 0! They refuse to call in ahead of time, so the apartment manager can put out a notice, they just show up when they please!!! It's the law, they have to give up to 48hr notice, so the tenants can receive up to 48 hour notice! Once again, they just showed up, without notice! They are useless as well! They come in & do absolutely nothing & walk out! I would never recommend this dump years ago & still wouldn't!

The guy was always on time. Cooks said it takes time for their poison to work and I understood all of that but when almost a year goes by and it's not working and the problem is getting worse. I keep my house clean on a daily which I do have three kids. The guy that came out didnt want to spray were he needed to he did a little in the house then outside it was he was maybe here for 30 minutes.
