Hello Ms Parker I’m so sorry that you are having problems still. If you look at the timeline, we treated your home back in February 2025 you called us in September 2025 7 months later that they came back this is not a service problem because bedbugs do not go dormant if someone is living in the house that long of a time we treated it back in September then you called us January 2026 back in the same problem room four months later this is definite, not a service problem I know you don’t want to hear this but you need to find out who’s bringing back into your home.

We had a great experience with Bad Bugs pest control. Tim went through all of the options with us, answered all our questions, and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. His prices were reasonable. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and response time. Tim is an all around down to earth decent guy to work with. He even called to check up on our situation a couple weeks later! While I hope we never have to call him again, I still have his contact information saved in my phone because I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

I debated a long time how to respond to your false claim even though we have treated over 17,000 locations in the last 26 years our reviews numbers do not reflect on our work because most people are embarrassed that they had Bed Bugs and they don’t wanna share that with the whole world, this has nothing to do with the warranty, but we stand 100% behind our work you got mad at me cause I wouldn’t give you a refund cause you claimed you went to the doctor and they said it was bedbugs bite and when you screenshot it me the receipt for $500 and I Google the name of the business come to find out it was a day spa I wish I could screenshot all the text messages that whole week you sent threatened to sue me, but you was out of town and I was more than willing to retreat the car then you text me on Thanksgiving day for your refund I said no. I told you to sue the car dealership that sold you the car with bedbugs in it

No results!! They came to spray the house. They do not spray the inside of your home nor the garage. We’ve seen more since they came to spray than we saw before. Bad Experience. My wife is scared to sleep in our own home because we’ve been seeing bugs daily after the spraying

Hello Mr Alford we are sorry that you are still having a problem. We initially service your home on June 1st we didn't know you was still having a problem until now. Our initial service includes inside and outside service. We have a 24hr call center for our customers to call us anytime to let us know they are having a problem. Sometimes it may take a follow up service. Please allow us to fix this problem. Thanks. Sorry I didn't get the chance to meet you on yesterday I came out to your home and I Re service your home. After speaking to your wife our tech did treat inside and the garage I saw the traps he installed by the garage door. It wasn't explained well by our tech why we don't spray baseboards inside. Yes we use Safe products but it still a chemical and we Practice safe techniques with your family in mind not to put products out in the open. We focus on points of entries and Cracks and crevices inside of the house. I hope you will see a better result. Thank you.
