We had a great experience with Bad Bugs pest control. Tim went through all of the options with us, answered all our questions, and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. His prices were reasonable. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and response time. Tim is an all around down to earth decent guy to work with. He even called to check up on our situation a couple weeks later! While I hope we never have to call him again, I still have his contact information saved
