The sorriest company I've ever had. Used this place for years. When we moved, we took them with us but shouldn't have. Never would show up on time, half a55ed the inspection every year and after the last inspection last year, I contacted the state. That investigation turned up that they didn't do most of our new house correctly and I'm still waiting on the remedial work to be done. Hired another company for pest control and have since learned this sorry company is pretty much out of business but

I hate to write a review like this, but beware of Guaranty. We've been a customer of theirs for almost 20 years. Back when Keith was still there, things were well running and timely. I had someone out every three months to check termite stations and kind, prompt communications. Once he left, we have seen someone come out once, and I had to call three times to ask them to come.
