I can't say enough good things about our pest control service. We have been with Alabama Termite & Pest Control as long as we have been in our house. Max has been our technician since he has been with the company and no one could do a better job. He is very thorough on every visit, explains if he needs to do something differently and is receptive if something new pops up between visits. Bottom line is my wife and I trust him and the work that he does. Could not ask for any better.

I highly recommend Alabama Termite!! When I made the appointment they talked me through how to prepare for the visit. Alex called me to let me know when he would be here an hour ahead of time. Alex walked us through and explained everything he would use and gave detailed instructions on what to expect. Alex was amazing. I am so glad I hired this company and will definitely stay with them!

My technician Max was so patient by answering all my questions and concerns. I had an opportunity to see the products and become familiar with how the bait canisters work. This was an overall good experience in establishing my termite system with Alabama Termite and pest control at my home. I've used their services for roughly about 6 years now, and every time the technician shows up, they're always on time, or early. Very professional attitudes mixed with comedic humor that makes them the right choice to make. On-top of all of that, when my Grand Father passed away, they did something no other company has done for my family. While it may not mean much to others, a simple sympathy card from them was more than enough, and it felt amazing to know that there are still kind people out there in this world. Thank you Alabama team! Y'all are awesome!

I listened to all the good reviews and gave this company a shot. Set up an inspection through email, no problems, all good. Guy comes out, on time, does inspection, still all good. Says his boss will get with me that evening or next day with options and pricing. Here we are a week later, no call from boss, no answer when i call, and get this email today… maybe they do good work, i’ll dang sure never know. What i do know is communication is absolutely TERRIBLE!

I was surprised our technician said we would respond by that evening or the next day. It usually is not that fast of a turn around for a quote. We do strive to respond as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, we fell short in this instance. I Like to support local businesses. Like most companies doing this kind of work they changed the delivery method to bait traps which is considerably more expensive than spray methods. I know new process requires less manpower but cost the customer more.

Hello, thank you for the review and supporting our company for so many years we truly appreciate you as a customer. As a company we are very confident in the bait system we use because it is eliminating termite colonies around the structure we protect. This product also does not wear down over time like liquid barriers do. Once the system is installed there is no need for another treatment after a number of years, because the bait is being replaced as needed each visit. There is an increased cost for this proactive type of treatment for us as a company but we always want to use the best technology possible for our clients. - Max<br>
