The ladies on the phone are very professional and apologetic. The techs and results are a different story. Paid the $75 for the first treatment then had a different tech the second time who said the first had to be fired because he did not know what he was doing (so that $75 was apparently for nothing). After the treatments we saw bugs crawling on the outside of the house through their "barrier" with no effect and different bugs inside then were there before. We paid the $150 for more problems

I moved to the area in July and knew I was going to need pest control. Trent set up my service and was very informative and made establishing initial service seamless. Michelle is amazing and comes once a month to spray the interior and exterior of the home. She's friendly and efficient. I've been very happy with everyone I've worked with and would recommend Sand Mountain Pest Control to anyone looking!

Highly recommend! Office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get a technician to us more quickly than I anticipated for an initial inspection and treatment. Technician was courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and what we could realistically expect (no grandiose claims).
