I had service from this company for a few years(including many years when it was Rice pest Control) and sold the property this past Oct 8th 2025.The technicians were always very nice and thourough.The most recent service I pd for covered the house from April/May of 2025 until April/May 2026.When I in quired about a partial( for approx 6 months ) refund I was told that the $324 covered what work the technician may or may not have done on the date he did the inspection ,but the house was still under their care until next April/May 2026 which the way I look at it I am paying for service for about 6 months when I dont own the house anymore and in fact the house has been torn down by the new owners.i have received partial refunds from Cleburne Water ,Alabama Power,and Auto Owners in Anniston.I dont think it is fair to pay for coverage for 6 months when I dont own the place anymore.if the $324 covered the techs work and the place was under their watch for the next 6 months I dont see why I shouldn't get a partial refund.

DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE. I signed up for pest control services. During the term of my service, we lost our father and couldn’t afford it anymore. We called into the office to see what could be done and were told nothing could be done. They said “you signed a contract so you have to pay”. The issue wasn’t that I signed a contract, the issue was no other solution was given or even attempted to be offered. I’ve been locked into contracts before where extenuating circumstances allowed me to break them. I wasn’t even asking to break the contract. Just to have some type of help. These folks are not here to actually help anyone. Just take your money at all costs regardless of any situation. DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE

They recently bought out Rice Pest Control. Which I had been a customer for almost 10 years. Now they come here and start changing their business practices no longer wanting to offer monthly services. Trying to charge 90 dollars per 3 months. So I will be looking for a new company. More options is usually good business.

I made an appointment with them and they never showed or texted to let me know why.

Each time they’d come out, the serviceman would be less and less thorough. Finally he came on his appointment time, while I was home, sprayed outside and left without me realizing it and left a note on the door saying “sorry we missed you”. Called the company asking why he didn’t knock or call me, and mentioned he had been getting lazier and the woman says “well he’s been with us 10 years, i don’t want to call you a liar but”… and that was the final straw for me.

Didn't see a difference with what they were doing and they don't spray the whole house🤷‍♀️

We have been using Rice Pest Control for a few years now ,and was satsified, until now. I have been in and out of the hospital for months now.Not being able to have service because of my sickness.I called yesterday to set up for service next week.& told (Sarah) this was the reason why we haven't been able to have service.I got a call back today, from( Sarah), telling me that we couldn't be serviced without paying a $85 start up fee ,with a $65 monthly price. Originally the monthly service was $ 50 a month.This is very POOR!!! customer service, as they don't care about people!! SO DISRESPECTFUL!!! Penalizing a person for being SICK!!! We will tell others about this company, and not to do business with them, as we would not want anyone else to be treated this way!!! Frank & Lyndia Roehler
