The technician who came to my apartment today was neither pleasant nor professional. He seemed to resent my very reasonable requests to spray thoroughly under my cabinets, which I had cleared for his convenience, in the utility closet and around the outside windows and doors. He initially gave only the most cursory of spritzes, I had to ask him to do a better job. Perhaps he does not like a woman asking for a reasonable job. This gentleman has a poor attitude and is not a good representative for your company.
