I had pest & termite service with Cooks for several years, at my home and rental property which I own. I was never disappointed with the service received from the technicians that came out my problem is with account management. I divorced and cancelled the service which was in my name in the home my ex husband kept. I kept the termite at my rental property. I really wish I could give a lower rating! They were so nice and helpful when they were trying to get me to sign the contract. They inspected the inside of my house and placed little traps and assured me they would come check them. Only to never step foot inside my house again. They’re still spraying for mosquitoes when it’s 30 degrees outside! Other pest control services have told me they won’t spray if it’s going to rain the same day because it will be useless to do so. I had a fully paid 1 year contract that expired in April 2020 for insects and a termite contract. I gave Cooks a month and a half heads up that I was cancelling their services.
